5 Ways To Top Up Your Cup this Winter π

The sun is shining. The birds are singing. The sky is blue. We are so lucky to be living in Australia.
I don't know about you... but as the fake frosty months approach, my body starts to go into hibernation mode. Yep, all I want to do is stay home by the heater and sometimes I forget to actually plan date nights and friend catch ups because ya gal just wants to keep it toasty.
So, as always I want to share some Winter activities you can do with your loved one, friend or family member to make sure we are topping up our love cups in the colder months.
1. Get yourself into an infrared sauna!
You can check out some the benefits of #saunalife here but this a lovely way to sweat out the bulls**t and inhale the good s**t. Ok I swore, sue me.
2. Be your own travel agent and book a weekend away
Let me set the scene for you. A crackling fire, some mulled wine and a gorgeous Winter sunset in the country. Let's inject some cash back into tourism and see Australia! Check out some cute Air BNB spots here.
3. Get cookin, good lookin!
Awaken the Masterchef within you and whip up a storm for a good old fashioned dinner party.
Throw a theme in there if you're feeling extra creative and relive:
- Hot Girl European Summer (think Italian pizzas, Ibiza cocktails, French pastries for dessert)
- Moroccan Nights (put the call out for everyone who's hidden the tagine they bought in Morocco and everyone can bring their tastiest tagine meal for judging)
- Great British Bakeoff (you get the gist, right?)
4. Be the artist you know you are
Ok, there's only a few of us in the artist category. But if you're like me (enthusiastic but basic talent) then check out a huge range of fun creative classes do with ya babes and babettes.
We did a turkish lamp making course in January. Hands down, SO much fun.
5. Walk and Talk
Get moving AND grooving on the many walks NSW has to offer from easy to difficult.
Getting out into nature is the cheapest and easiest form of stress relief. It's a no brainer.
